Went through the whole questioning process in da jury box …. Freakin horrible two breaks… couldn’t go to my truck and smoke… no lunch break….. I gave up wif dat!!!

perfect! I don't know about TX but in AZ, if you're called to serve, whatever the outcome, you won't be called again for another 5 years.

 

Shit! Last 4 yrs been summons multiple times!!! In a year

 

Not a secret. I just don't know yet. Plenty of options but I need some inspiration first. And time.

 

...and you had to show up or when you called in, your number was part of the dismissed list? When AZ residents get summoned, they are put into a grouping, then have to call in during a specific time. Some groups get phone dismissed, others have to go through a few calls and then get dismissed and others, based on group, have to show up and you may or may not get dismissed immediately, or eventually. Worse case you have to sit on a jury. Any of those scenarios and you've fulfilled your duty for 5 years.

 

Ain’t it tho? And the erosion of grammar and the English lexicon in general!

Spent some quality time getting to know my truck a little more today. I sprayed off the underside to try to clean it up from the salt. Then I tried taking the piece around the wipers off so I could clean the area where my noise is coming from. Could figure out how to get the whole thing off, but I took a knife to pull some debris out of the gap and sprayed it and used cleaner to get it ready for urethane only to look up the weather again and see that there's a chance of rain in the morning and this stuff needs 24 hours to cure.
