Hey y'all, I'm looking to build a simple 80/20 interior system for my Super Pacific camper and would love to see examples of how others have done this. If you have any design files or tips for working with 80/20 that would be really appreciate too!

Search this thread for tnutz or 8020 or 80/20 and you should see some good examples.

+1 for tnutz. Decent amount cheaper than 80/20 and suited my purposes just fine.

80/20 roof rack installed. I think it came out pretty clean.

It would look good in silver also. It’s a ridiculously solid set up. Probably overkill

oh wild I did not know you could install a rear locker. I mean I assumed you could but that it was much more than the up charge for a OFF-ROAD package.
What else would be the benefit of the 8.4 vs 8.0 axle?

Just more things to add depending on which locker you go with. air vs electric vs mechanical. which will start adding up money wise with all the supporting mods.

I went with the off-road and still ended up replacing all that stuff (as much of us do here).. so dont let that fool you either. I still say the offroad is the best starting platform, especially for those like yourself who dont plan on doing anything crazy.

i agree with @XPOTRPR i get the off road still based on your post.

Was more just letting you know thats one difference, but would only help down the road if you spent all that money on mods getting there. At that point its kind of a wash either way.

packed up and ready to hit the road after work today. Got my 12v water set up a little more permanent last night. Shutoffs, valves, and fittings in place, pump mounted, hoses ran for the most part. Going to test this, and if all is well, I'll run the water lines really cleaned and tucked into the X1 wire chases. I have one main shutoff just after the outlet on the tank on the bottom then up to the pump, then hose ran to the tailgate/bed stiffener and used the existing hole in it to run the hose through and mount another shutoff valve/hose bib there. Then I have a short section of flexible garden hose with another valve at the end with a magnet hook to stick it anywhere for our "faucet/sink". Just need to finish the dual battery still so I can ditch my power pack and that will be the last thing to eliminate from my old setup.

Coop68, looking great! I’d enjoy seeing your rig in person sometime. I’m in Longmont. In a slow build on mine mainly due to waiting on the SP the end of May.

Okay so we officially have a SuperPacific order and will be taking delivery of a access-cab TRD off-road in June

starting to feel like I’m not just scheming.

gotta start planning upgrades, I want to stay pretty mild, not too crazy. I’d love to not go too big on wheels. so far I’m confirmed on:

    bigger leafs
    ???

With just the super pacific in the back I was bottoming out on the stock leaf pack on potholed roads. Wheelers 3-leaf AAL put it 1/2" higher than the stock pack unloaded and it rides much better. If you want to add significant weight like a full build out or bumper or whatever, I would say go for a replacement leaf pack.
