Leaking shock?

    I think I know the answer to this question but always good to get a number of opinions - I noticed this morning that there was a bit of stain on the garage floor that was not there before. Closer inspection shows a pretty black looking shock. I’m assuming the shock is leaking a little? If so, that’s pretty disappointing for 30K km and no off roading (yet)! The truck is still under warranty so I’m hoping this issue will be covered.

    It looks like it’s probably leaking. I would clean it and wash it just to make sure, but at this point the dealer will prolly replace it if you’re under warranty anyway. Your call. I thought one of my rear’s was leaking, and I just used that as an excuse to buy OME shocks and struts… lol

    I wouldnt clean it. just leave and take it to the dealer, Let them replace it, :burnrubber:
