    Lol

Made a 1/4 plate and patterned the bar mount..
Snaked a wire four feet from the unibody mount up to the area.
Pulled up to the area then snaked two bolts through the plate and down with more wire..
Never put load washers in the frame or a reinforcement.
Will need to do the other side also..

I was messing with the old scale tractor this weekend trying to get it to run. Has on old Kohler on it, showed Cole where the points are and showed him how to file them. I said you watch when I pull it and see if you see any sparks before I put the cover back on. He did, put some gas in it and still couldn't get it to start. I need to drag it in the shop.

Sad news, a very dear friend of mine got killed on a 4 wheeler Friday. He was 57 years old. He was one of the best people ever, never said a bad word about anybody, could fix anything, never drank, he lived a good life and was a great example for anyone who met him. He was a retired captain from the Kernersville FD, had his own business of working on welders for years and has a few people who work for him including his wife and son. Although he could make a welder weld he didn't weld good and would get me to do some for him. He put an LS2 in an S-10 years ago and redid and Empy buggy, I welded a lot on them both for him. His latest project was putting an LS7 in a 1967 Firebird, he was almost done with it. I could call him and ask him about a small engine problem and he would tell me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. I'm gonna miss him. R.I.P Todd :pout:

Sorry to hear about the loss Shane. That's not very old at all, we never know.

I have white water rafting once. My whole family with me (wife & both kids). I pretty much embarrassed them real good....kinda myself too.
So this fella giving us some instructions before we get a float. Anyway long story short, we gets in there I think that heard ROW! ROW! so I'm up there at the front of the raft just giving er hell...paddle like there's no tomorrow....I think the more they holler at me NO! NO! the more steam I put in...
Needless to say no one was impressed with rowing skills....if it gets brought up we still laugh crazy about it.

I've been twice, once on the Snake river in Wyoming when I was 12, mom, dad, and my brother were all in the raft. Along with about 6-8 others, mom and dad still have the photo they took while we were on the river. My dad and another guy were sitting in the front, the guy looked just like Chevy Chase

The other time was the New river here on the east coast a few years later.
