Brake and shifter tubes and cables (jaguar)
Upgraded ultegra 5700 crankset
Oval 327 wheelset with used vittoria tires and new tubes

Not so good-
Original 2x11 group set was used for a carbon bike build. Currently has a 2x10 105 set with low miles. Did I mention the ultegra crankset?

Cheap spd/ hybrid pedals. Keeping my clip ins.

Cheapish scratch resistant tape. Just looks ghetto, but put on to protect bike.

$800 firm. have plenty of space at my house. I don't have to sell the bike. Will trade for gravel bike frame plus cash on your end. Will consider trades for pew pew pew stuff. Mostly 9. Maybe 22 long. Turners signal hill for swap.
