What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Bought a lunar 4Runner to match my 3rd gen tbh

 

Nice garage! Does the 4Runner have a locking differential?

 

Does Toyota advertise these as the same color?

They look really different.
One is much "bluer". The other is much "greener".

 

One is Lunar, other is Cement I believe.

Don't get me wrong, the are both awesome looking.
They are are both great colors.

They just aren't the same (which is fine).

 

I'm glad you are sensitive enough to feel the throttle response. I did that to my 03 GX and didn't feel anything. It had 170k on it and doesn't look like any of the previous owner had ever clean it.

 

Is there any side effect for cleaning the MAF sensor?

 

I replaced mine with a pure matt black with some mountain animation on top. looks great. I didn't like those red scheme too

 

Better flow. Worst case is getting something inside the intake tube.

 

Ordered a dash cam...been debating on one and came across this. Looks like a simple install & all built in, so no wires to worry about running through the cab. Also doesn't look like it stands out for thieves to jack. Looking forward to installing it & seeing how it performs. Anyone here use it?

Depends on what you go with. Mine was individual if you want to peel them off. Oem was a clear backing

I have the meso fob so I wonder if that would be smart for me to do since you can’t remove the battery as easily

 

Yeah it was a joke, same color pallets though. I’ve gotten the “isn’t that just the same color as your other one” a few times so far. Also people like to call it green and I kinda don’t like that…

 

Nice! But they make vinyl stickers for that if you didn’t know lol what’s your plan for the headrests post?

-38 is quite the offset. Did you have alotnof rubbing?

 

It’s weird to me that number pulls up short wheel base but also extra long kit depending on where you search.
