6"0, 225. 26 years old, power seats. I have had issues with other cars seats affecting my lower back in the past on long road trips. I did road trip my truck home 16hrs over 2 days after I bought it and didn't have any pain. That being said I did install front Seat Jackers when I got home. I think they help a little with the support of my thighs, but for my situation I don't think I needed them.

6'3" with seat jackers on the front makes a big difference. Also glad I have a pro without a sunroof for extra head clearance.

I'm about six feet tall. Some people say I look taller but I think it's because it makes them realize that they're not six feet tall(they might've shrunk with age). Might be my body proportions.

But for the seats themselves I have no issues. I do have to have it at the right angle or my bad back will act up. A lot of legroom with the driver's seat, where usually I'm used to just pushing the seat all the way back. With the Tacoma I can't go all the way back or can't reach the pedals.

I don't have a sunroof and have a couple of inches of room above my head. My family likes to point out how my head was touching the ceiling in my previous truck and how I have more room in this one.

The actual seating position with the feet/legs out front took a little bit to get used to. Where in my previous truck it was like sitting on a higher chair with the legs and feet more angled down. But I'm used to it now and forgot about it until now just thinking about the differences in seating position with my previous truck.

My main complaint is that the roofline cuts my view from traffic lights. My previous truck did this but the Tacoma even more so. So at a lot of traffic lights during my commute I'm ducking with my head towards the steering wheel waiting for the light to turn green.

And I think the door opening is lower than my previous truck too where the first couple of times I almost bumped my head coming in and out of the truck. But hasn't been an issue recently now that I'm used to it.

edit-forgot to mention I also had to flip the headrest backward. That weird angle forward had my body in a weird curved position that really wrecked my back. With the headrest flipped backwards it's more of a straight angle along with the seat back I think. When I looked into it I think that that headrest was designed for some sort of crash protection or whatever. But after playing around with the height of it just flipped it after seeing people suggest it on here.

I'm 4'26" I don't have too much of an issue. The mirror is my only complaint. I haven't tried it but how does lifting the seat work? Sounds counterintuitive.

You taller guys with the seat jackers in front and manual seats. How far back are you setting your seat? I tried the front jackers a while ago but I kept my seat all the way back then.
    Didn't like it.

Been keeping it 2 notches up from the back lately and it feels better.
Might try the seat jackers again but actually haven't had any issues.

Also I got a smaller mirror which helped a lot in my 2019.

I’m 6-3 and it’s real tight for my knees below the wheel. Don’t know a good solution for that problem..

I have this same issue - I’m 5’11 and about 180, so not big at all and the seat feels a bit narrow to me. I have the cloth seats. To be fair, my Tacoma is brand new, so maybe the bolsters just need to be “broken in”. If it doesn’t get better in a year or so, I may just take the truck to a auto upholstery shop and have the bolsters trimmed down some and some Katzkins installed.

    Check build thread!
I did 14 hours straight (4 gas stops, never stopped longer than 15 minutes) in mine. I’m 6 2ish and I was just fine. I’m in a 21 with electric seats. I find the pre 20 manual seats less comfy by a bit. I’ve done 3 hours in a 16 limited and my back hurt a little. My 5 4 girlfriend finds the manual passenger seat fine.
