Trd pro grille best place to buy??

There was a dealer floating around here for a while with a good price on pro grilles

can someone post that or point me in right direction for one?

 

Call your dealer and see if they have one in stock, also have them check surrounding dealers. Thats how I got mine and for some reason the 2018 with tss are cheaper than the earlier 2016 and 17s. Got mine for little over $200 with the garnish when they were like $40.

 

Most are saying there’s a vin restriction on them

If it asks for a PRO vin, there are hundreds listed online. Get creative and use those... Don’t forget you need a garnish as well.

thanks! I don’t see them carrying a garnish. Maybe can just get that at local dealer?

 

I got mine from TacoVinyl. Oem garnishes from Dealers are RIDICULOUSLY priced. It’s literally a tinted piece of plastic. It doesnt do anything but help shield the sensor from road debris/rain / snow. The TSS sensor doesn’t care if it came from Amazon, Ebay or Toyota. It doesn’t know the difference..
The only issue is proper fitment. I had to lightly file down corners on my TacoVinyl one to get it to fit perfectly. Took me 3-4 minutes. It was worth not paying the $300 + dealers are charging for the OEM garnish.

 

Does anyone have the right part numbers for the grill, garnish, nuts, and longer wire

If looking for a vendor, I got my grill, lettering, garnish and raptor lights from Empyre Off Road. I had a little bit of a shipping issue but once they were made aware of it, it was taken care of fast.
