For anyone with knowledge, am I able to just put heavier springs on the stock front shocks of a 2021 trd off-road 4x4?

I am thinking on putting a oem style steel or aluminum front bumper and a winch.

Would the 650 lb springs do the job. If that is even possible?

I do not want any added lift just no sag.
    Thank you for any help!

Most reports that I've seen claim the stock spring rate is somewhere between 710 and 720, so 650s would probably be a bad idea if they are the same length.

Changing spring lengths adds some math to the problem.

So to counter sag either go heavier weight or longer at same weight? Or would too long of a spring cause issues with the plate that holds the spring in?

to be honest I’m not sure. I did an OME lift with the 2888 coils which are 590#, but 15 or 16” and it rode like shit. So damn stiff. No sag, but I went through ball joints in 8-10 months.

I run 14” 700# Eibach now with new shocks, but for my weight in the front, I wish I went 650# just because I like a soft feel. However, it drives very nice.

since you are keeping the stock shock, I don’t think a 14” coil would work. You may not have many options…not sure
