    @PennSilverTaco

    I bet you haven't seen an AC unit this old this week: 1952 Fedders 9,000 btu, it weighs about 120 pounds and draws 16 amps -- both about double of a modern unit of similar capacity. This had sat in a garage unused for decades, after a clean up I plugged it in and it took right off. It is quieter than the modern unit I use in my living room.

    The controls are under the lid. It doesn't have a thermostat - just a cool position and high & low for the fan. There are 2 filters in the slots. You can turn the round grill to direct the air.

    Certainly haven't seen one that old in YEARS; I love it! I miss the days when quality and longevity took precedence over energy efficiency!

    Not entirely sure on time lol. The kicker is I’ve got a dresser and 4 kitchen table chairs to move too. Storage unit gave us the wrong size and then charged us the right price. Smh.

    Good morning. I'm thinking about cutting the grass, if the ground is solid enough.

    Morning all! Still on train. It got a late start yesterday so we're still about a hour north of Sanford. Ready to get off and back on the bike!

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

    We spent yesterday at Epcot - huge downpour just as the fireworks started helped clear the crowds a bit. Today is a semi-down day, Lynn and I are going to play mini-golf and then hit Disney Springs for a beer. Tomorrow we load on the Auto Train for the trip home. Enjoy the weekend!!
