If you want i can take a look at the circuit boards on the light bar and see if we can find out what happened....

Literally just dropped off the lightbar on my lunch break at UPS. It's en route to California.

Huge shoutout to @Baja Designs for sending me the replacement bar so quick. Was able to mount and hook everything up and it worked flawlessly. This thing is just stupid bright. Will definitely help when I hunt and go camping down trails. Baja also sent me a swag pack with a shirt, hat, and stickers. Great customer service all around! No questions asked on the replacement.

Also, thanks to @Zac of all trades for helping me diagnose the possible issue. Definitely helped out!

@Baja Designs same issue here, came across this thread and tried everything. Amber backlight is out on one side. It comes on when I first start up but if I run the Lightbar for a minute or so the amber won't come back on. Will reach out to customer support tomorrow. Brand new bar just installed this weekend

Definitely reach out to tech support. Interesting coincidence but this isn't a typical issue.

Feel free to PM me and I can get you in touch with a team member that can troubleshoot and begin a warranty claim if needed.

Would this be a jumper issue, how hard would it be to fix it? Don't really want to take off the bumper. Had the light installed for about 6 months. Was working fine til I realize my middle section backlight wasn't working. Checked and both backlights and main lights doesn't work.

    Loose wire or ground.
    Check all you connections.
If you have good voltage at the tail end, there’s a loose wire inside the unit. If it’s under warranty send it back. If not, open it up and check everything. Likely something is shorting to ground and draining voltage between the working and none working banks. Easy fix once you locate it.

I have a similar issue on my 40" s8 bar, Just call baja designs and start a warranty claim. I had a few boards short out on me, I sent it back to them and they sent a brand new one back to me. They are pretty good and stand behind their products.
