How’s the cream of KY? It’s pretty pricey here in CA

I also spoiled myself and bought a bottle to dump other bottles into. I’ve heard these are called D-can’t-urrrs. I feel quite fancy.

I liked it, tons of vanilla, but I felt like the finish didn’t hang around long. Very easy to drink though. I don’t know if it’s worth what I’ve seen being charged, but if I saw it for around 150 or so I would snatch it up

Haven’t had the 13 year yet but the 12.1 was really good. Can’t remember any flavor profile since it was so long ago though

I recently took a trip with the family covering three states, passing four military bases with their exchanges and shopettes, and countless liquor stores. Along the way, I called them all. One of the bourbons I asked after was Weller. I must have had 50 different people chuckle at me and tell me, “no sorry”.

One guy at the destination said he had a single bottle of Weller in the owner’s private collection. Priced at $275 because the owner doesn’t really want to part ways with it. I choked on my Coke and hung up.
