When I got this truck I put it straight in the shop and started tearing it apart for a frame swap. I did a function test on most things, and noticed that the left rear turn signal and brake light didn’t work. The plug in that light was super corroded, so I ordered a new plug and harness.
Today I spliced the new harness in, and afterwards the right front turn signal wouldn’t work, or the right side license plate light, or the right rear running light. The RR brake glowed faintly when brakes were on, less than half of LR brightness.
Swapped all bulbs side to side, no change, but I verified the bulbs were good and checked all the sockets for corrosion. Then I hit the hazards, same. I turned the hazards off and lost everything: all turn signal clicking, couldn’t turn hazards back on.
I just replaced the flasher relay with a Novita EP35:
Now I have RR running light but not LR. Still no turns signal clicking or lights. Hazards flash everywhere except FR. Brake lights normal. RR license plate light out.
    Thoughts?
I have a factory trailer harness but I unplugged it.

Was just looking this over and realized I never checked the brake light on the cab. I’ll pop that open tomorrow.

Camt remember exactly what was going on with my tail lights cause it was years ago , but i had lots of funky things going on also. After lots of time and checking wiring i bought new aftermarket tail light and solved my problems. I had corrosion in them but i didnt think it was that bad. I do remember 1 was way brighter than the other and no signal on 1 side
