My family is fishing at Silverwood lake. Want to go hangout and also off-road for about an hour with my PreRunner on Cleghorn Trail. Don't wanna waste too much time, just want to see dirt and get the truck a little dirty. Can I start the trail from Silverwood lake and drive the trail for awhile and then turn around somewhere? Or is the trail too tight the whole time to turn around? Not looking for another too hard with my PreRunner. Thanks ahead of time! Never ran this this trail

if I remember correctly, there are a few spots you could easily turn around on Cleghorn. And if you stay on the main trail, you’ll be fine in 2wd.

Thanks good to know. One more question... If I decided just do the entire fire trail, how long do you think you would take to make it through. Considering just taking that out to the 15 from the lake when it's time to head home.

Damn. Wish I had seen the Johnson Valley one before. Going to check with my buddy in case he wants to change plans. Is his Jeep Renegade able to hang with the Tacomas?
