    I think a trutrack style lsd is the best option. This a geared lsd with no clutches, when combined with the truck abs system it works very well. Its the route I'm going when I do my re-gear.

    If you are going to do upgrades, it may help to do it all at once to save money in regards to the service fees for it all. Or DIY.

    Those bolt to the rocker panel and not the frame. They are not sliders.

    I think the cheapest option for differentials is to get one built by ecgs and send yours back as a core.

    Nope, mine will be of my own design and properly frame welded, none of this bolt on junk. I have 20+ years experience with fabricating stuff for my other 4-wheeler. This Tacoma will probably never hit Rubicon or Fordyce trails, or particularly the Hammers. Everything else I do will eventually be navigated in the Sierras and Nevada. Never been to the Hammers, just heard awful tails about the trails there.
