One doesn’t just replace windings lmao.

it’s probably bearings or maybe the blower is dirty and its not balanced. Either gotta replace the motor or clean the unit. And depending on the style and if you got a blower wheel puller it maybe be simple or annoying because you have to take alot apart

 

Brazing. Those green glasses are annoying lol. No one wears them in the trade

 

Believe it or not I knew a guy who tried that on me

Succeeded on stealing my 97 camry, and is now in prison for other stuff

 

I guess I use the torch for cutting alot more than brazing, but damn if I don't need those goggles or I'm seeing spots for the rest of the day

Took these guys an hour to rotate my tires and tell me I had a missing belt


Now oil change

 

Ive never heard of someone replaing motor windings on something that small. I don’t even think you can buy just the windings.
Also windings dont grind, bearings do. Guy probably ordered a motor tbh

 

So it seems that the PS belt has to come off to change the put a new AC belt on

The only down is to going without they belt is no AC right? Might just wait till I get to camp this weekend

 

AC belt only drives the AC yes, pretty sure it is behind both belts TBH

 

ac does help with the defroster if you use that but yea no harm in going without the ac belt
