Eibach Stage 1 Lift Question

    Nice. You may as well order that pesky clamshell bushing if you haven't already. I just did mine tonight and it would have been a lot less hassle to just do it when I installed the lift.

    I haven't installed my lift yet so I might as well install the bushing. I big of a pain in the ass is it to install?

    With the right tools, it is very easy to install. Took me about 20 minutes to do, not including the extra bit of tear down on the left side.

    I did it in about an hour and a half. That included disassembly, a slight modification the the tooling, and reassembly along with stopping to explain the whole process and tooling to my son who was helping me.

    ETA: I did this separate from lift install. Like Speedfreak stated if you're halfway there already....not too long and time well spent

    By the right tools do you mean the remover and installer sold by ECGS?

    $20 for the plastic rod, little time on the lathe and some scrap metal, some ready rod, a couple nuts and a couple tack welds. If you are in B.C. you could even use them and pass them on to the next member....
