2005, 5 Lug 2WD 5 speed tacoma needs wheel bearings where do I look for some online i’ve searched but only have seen 6 lug and that’s not what I need. Also replaced inner and outer tie rods to fix shaking but shaking is there still, after I replace wheel bearings is there anything else I should check to fix the shaking

Is the shaking all the time or under braking?

05taxo4x4 on here is probably your best bet to source bearings. Replace the dust seals when doing it.
I'm more familiar with 6-lug suspension, but on a 17yo vehicle, it's reasonable to expect your control arm ball joints and bushings are shot by now as well
