Did you make sure that the steering wheel didn't move while you had the shaft out?
Is the steering wheel straight when driving straight?

I tried to keep it straight I tied a bungee cord but I'm know it did move some ,after installation the steering wheel was off,I check the wheels were straight but the steering wheel was at the 11oclock ,I adjusted the shaft and straightened the steering wheel but no luck ,i forgot to mention the vs light will go off when speed goes back under 14mph and will go on if I try to go over 14mph

That is your VSC kicking in likely due to the steering being off slightly, if your steering is straight when driving straight you need to re-calibrate your VSC.
If it is not straight it would be best to get an alignment and the re-calibrate it.

That would be my suspicion, the VSC uses steering angle and acelerometers to determine if the vehicle is traveling in the direction the driver intends, if it determines it is not it applies individual brakes and reduces engine power to attempt to correct it.
Any deviation of steering angle from where it thinks it should be for the direction of travel will cause unwanted VSC activation.
