I think they turn faster than the trolling motor I have. I could try weedeating with the trolling motor and find out.

Which one do you reckon would have the stronger gear box, the brush cutter or the string head? I would think the brush cutter.

Likely the gear box is the same. I think the RPMs will be too much and require reducing. Interested in the solution.

Hi crew. I'm feeling worn down today. Not a terribly heavy work load but just busy, and mainly lack of sleep last night. Went to bed early like 8 PM so I could try and get 8hrs. After sleeping a hour think I toss and turn all night:pout:

I know @RustyGreen , this is a battle you face often. Ugh, man sure glad that most nights I sleep decent.

I feel for you brother, :fistbump: the odd nights that I actually sleep good I'm genuinely shocked.

Had a scare today. Insurance hadn't approved my wife's surgery yet and it's tomorrow, so we were thinking we were screwed. Finally got the approval.

I found one on the side of the road with a free sign on it.
Works awesome for spreading ice melt, fortunately it is all plastic.
I have never used one to encourage the grass to grow however... :anonymous:

-Hope everything shakes out for you and Mrs Slashaar.

When spreading seed or fert in different amounts per acre, it's important to have a consistent walking pace. I was tought by a man far smarter than I that that pace is just slightly quicker than a brisk walking pace. The pace required is directly in the middle of thigh chafing territory if I'm being honest.

Not how I was expecting my evening to go.

Old alternator was running at 11.8V. New one is at 14.27. It was an absolute PITA to get in and out and took some thinking but I got it.

And I should have worn gloves.
