Hmm, mine looks like what @Toyotico posted above. I didn't have any fitment issues with the latch. Is the safety pin holes not lining up?

I'm not sure about the factory lights as I put a LED set from Amazon on during installation and just had to trim a little alignment tab that was on the screw side but not the clip.

I quoted my own post. I figured out how to install it and everything lined up great. Mine didn’t come with a safety pin. I’m trying to source a pin for the latch, does anyone have any leads on what fits the latch? I think it’s a southco

Mine didn't either. I bought this one on Amazon, and then made a leash for it out of coated galvanized braided cable from home Depot. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N1JYDJG?_encoding=UTF8

I got the upgraded brute Force latch though, so I'm not sure if my pin is a different size.

This is not the exact one I use but it's the same style with loop back to the pin. Guarantees it won't come out.

Glad to hear that. I ordered on September 21 and had been starting to get worried.

Yeah, lead times are long. Ordered a plated front first week of March and he quoted me 20 weeks.

the lead times may be long but Billy doesn’t bullshit you. Unlike some other clowns I’m dealing with right now he doesn’t tell u it’s gonna be done tomorrow and then takes another 3 months to deliver.

Ordered mine in June/July and got it delivered in March. Was originally supposed to be done in January but Billy always kept me in the loop. Great looking kit and fits perfect.

Anybody have the internal dimensions for the BFF gas/water can carrier? I'm currently using Scepter's plastic "military style" gas and water cans, and wanted to check if they fit or if I'd need to replace them with NATO-spec cans. I think they're same width and height, but slightly wider.

My dual can holder inside dimensions are 14-11/16 (deep) x 14-3/16 (wide), height has three adjustable points for the "locking bar", I didn't measure that dimension.

Hey Everyone, been reading through this thread some as I am in the mkt for a rear bumper. Does anyone know if Billy will make changes? Customized stuff (to a degree) with his designs? I could honestly wait two years & not care, as the quality looks great, but I have a couple things I need to do differently and I am really having a hard time finding a custom shop even if the changes are going to cost me.

Front and Rear Locked, 35’s, Chevy 63” swap, Fox Suspension and a bunch of other shit too long to list.
They are pretty cookie cutter. I know he will trim the ends to match if your fenders are cut, cut light holes and add or delete hoops. His stuff comes into him precut and bent on a pallet and he welds them together so there’s probably only so much he can do. Start calling and try to get ahold of him. He’s basically a one man show and try’s to get work done and stay off the phone, but when he gets time and calls you back you have 100% of his attention and he will dial you in. Not speaking for him, just what I’ve observed. Hopefully that kinda answers your question.

I asked to get a 30” light bar cut out instead of the standard 20” on a 3rd gen plated front and he said no

Most likely the answer to that. Would have to change the CAD files, then his cut shop couldn't do a mass production run of it, costing a lot more money in the end
