As the title says I want to run 1” Boras on stock TRD Offroad wheels. Do the stock studs need to be cut or not to clear the back of the wheel or do I need to go 1.25” to avoid cutting? Thanks.

If your using stock wheels? No, for sure, even with 3/4" spacers. There is pockets between stud holes on wheels. If I remember correctly 1" spacers, studs are out past 1/8" or so.

I concur, for my 17-inch alum OEM wheels, when I had one inch adapters/spacers, the OEM lugs stuck out about half an inch and they fit nicely in the holes behind the wheels and between the stud holes.
