I am watering my money tree, but it doesn't grow very fast

 

Thanks for all the replies guys! I ended up setting up a time to do the hp tune tomorrow! Hopefully it will get better than 13mpg’s after. This is what I got driving to my work week in salt lake

I expect 14-15. Seen some guys get an addition of 1, with the exhaust cam gear upgrade as well. That'd be more money in the pocket for mods.

gloss berry pink all the things. Still rocking 1 gusseted spindle and 1 ungusseted because it keeps snowing on the weekend and being 70* during the week

 

Literally same here in Washington, was plowing snow up to the hood the other night up on the mountain pass, sunny and 60 the next up there

Just joking, but my stock pump does start to knock after a couple minutes in the rocks, even with a big cooler to keep the temps down. Good news they are the same

 

Do the exhaust cam gears make much of a difference in the power department? I have to reseal my front cover and that would be a good time to do it if its worth while.

 

I noticed a bump and a lil better fuel economy but also had the truck tuned by Justin right afterward. The initial tune he did (before I did cam gears) was the biggest, best bang for the buck. If you're in there already, though, I say why not?

 

if you want to know anything about engine performance follow @Torspd he has fully built quite a few of our motors and is prob the best resource on this site

 

They allow for an improvement in timing advance strategies (tuning helps take better advantage of them) and have shown a measureable average increase in MAF g/s on their own. Which means more horsies.

This 3rd Gen got the works with every single part we make and came out pretty sweet!

JD Fab 4” LT w/934 CV, Fox coilover, bypass, bumps, custom bumper, LCA kit, spring under, 3.0x 16” Fox bypass, hydro bumps, custom bed cage and accessory mounts. We also installed the inner fenders which we had powder coated and did the first ever TC pump kit install on the 3rd Gen.

I also want to give a shout out to Christian who did all the work on the truck... I couldn’t be more proud of our guys!
