I have a 2006 Tacoma it had a constant front end squeak. Driving, turning, no matter what it's always squeaking. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Only when the truck was moving?

Only when driving/moving? Most likely suspension related and/or a worn out wheel bearing, maybe even a worn out u-joint.
Noise when in park, like a chirping sound? Most likely a worn out bearing - water pump, PS, alternator, idler pulley bearing, tensioner pulley bearing, etc...
Look up youtube videos on how to id each of these noises specifically.

@TnShooter no if I even get in the truck it makes squeak. If I turn the steering wheel at a dead stop in park it still squeaks like a mother.

Does it only squeak when turning the steering wheel?

    Truck running or off?

Or does it squeeze like it’s suspension related?

My old T-100 would squeak unless I kept the hood latch greased.

From your description it sounds like balljoints, usually you can put your hand on the control arm and have someone flex the suspension to narrow down which one(s) it is.

I agree, sounds like a dry ball-joint. Have a helper turn the steering wheel while you listen with a stethoscope (or equivalent)

Check your front body mount/radiator support bushing. Common problem, they'll squeak like crazy if you just breathe on them.
