I'm having an electrical issue that is driving me mad. First of all I have an 09 reg cab, 5spd, 4x4. My truck is stuck in 4wd and will not switch out. The fuse under the small tray that flips out calls for a 25 and constantly pops when I turn the key on. I replaced the 4wd switch and it keeps popping thus not allowing the switch to work and engage it back to 2wd please help

Sounds like you have something shorted to ground in the 4wd system, likely a wire or one of the actuators.
I'd start with a visual inspection of the wiring, if I didn't see anything there I'd unplug the actuators one at a time and see if the fuse still blows.
Whatever you do don't put a higher amp fuse in it.

Alot of info about the system in the thread below.

Go unplug the actuator motor, engage the switch and see if the fuse pops. If it doesn't, your actuator motor is internally grounded and has failed. If it does pop, you need to go find the wiring short.
