Regular cab 4x4 manual trans 17k miles 2012

Love the reg cabs 4x4’s . But $29k before tax is a little steep. Would you consider this? Looks mint inside and out.

Nope. I was choked out of the 2nd Gen market in 2017 when a 10yr old ACLB with over 140k was going to be about $20k OTD. No thanks.

 

Fuck no.

 

Let it go. It’s 10 years old. Despite its low mileage I would be concerned that rubber parts such as tires, bushings, and boots are approaching the point of needing replacement.

Instead , put that 20K down on a new rig and configure it to your liking. You’ll also get a warranty, “highly valuable” ToyotaCare, and a several year honeymoon from unexpected repairs.

I bought a '21 like this for $30,700 ($500 rebate then) last May. Would I like the stick shift? Yes. Would I want to lose the back seat/storage, automatic braking, cruise control, Android Auto, color display in the gauges? No.
