2011 Tacoma PreRunner Silver

2011 Tacoma Prerunner. Bought new. Drove it for a year had a leak trashed compressor threw metal in the system. Put new Denzo compressor and condenser. Drove it for another year. Sat up for 3 years. Started driving it again. Had to recharge. Was not cooling good. Went to recharge it again but something was clogged. Ordered a Denzo condenser, and upon my research I found the strainer. I did not change this first time around. Should I just change this filter or change filter and flush the front side?
