Illumination tap off of wireless charger?

I have some after market switches from CH4x4 and need a way to illuminate them with the factory dimmable lights. I know they make plug and play from various places but most are sold out or shipping times. I thought I could do this tomorrow on my day off and didn’t know if it was as easy as cut and splice? I’m sure someone here has done this. Can I just cut the factory wires from the charging button and tap off the lighting circuit to 4 other switches for light? I picked this switch because it’s the least I care about if I mess it up. I never use the stupid charging pad. Thanks!
