    What’s a decent tire shine brand thats safe if it gets on aftermarket wheels? Preferably something in a store

    While that's true, I really did answer your question. Haven't found a need for a dedicated product......... clean works for me.

    @Too Stroked might have a suggestion for you, being a detailing pro.

    I like Armor All Tire Foam, but it's for the tire only, not the wheel. It adds a water resistant film that keeps it looking clean longer than just regular soap.

    I'm not aware of any decent products that are designed to be used as a tire dressing and wheel protectant. If you want a tire dressing, first you need to decide what you want it to do (protection, appearance, etc.) and what you want the tire to look like. (Dull, but black. Glossy, etc.) If you want something to truly protect your wheels, ceramic coatings are clearly the best. Stuff you simply spray on and rinse off just won't last. As with many things, effort equals results. Generally speaking, I haven't found many "all in one" products that are worth a crap - despite marketing claims that make them sound like they do everything. Hope that helps.
