What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

LED headlights are like $600 for the upg but $1200 if you buy them. So strange

 

This I wanna know, if it’s easy.. lol

 

both of these red beauties really were amazing. Felt a little shy parking between them. Kinda like the ugly friend to a couple of super models. Kinda.

 

Got these in today

 

Put on ≈4000 miles since I got it exactly one year ago.
(Top picture is when I picked it up at the dealership, bottom is just few moments ago).
Also, paid her off!

1st oil change today.
Still need to wash it.
Still don't have my wheels and tires yet.
Still thinking about getting a Victory bumper and sliders for it.

 

Unless you’re talking about the Built in LED running lights, you can buy lens covers and swap out the outboard ones and leave the center ones clear like I did. The amber running lights are standard on S8 bars. They are wired separate.

EDIT: The S8 lightbars are essentially 10” bars stacked next to each other. The 40” has four, the 30” has 3, etc. you can buy and swap lens covers (clear/amber and wide/spot/driving/combo/work/scene)

 

I thought KJTO was in the TW dog house?

 

Possible?? I just know that my grab handle works exactly like the factory one. I'm more than satisfied with the quality. I did hear horror stories about their product, but I can't confirm. My limited experience has been good.

Question, what makes the backup sensors on a 2019 Sport quit working? Has anyone had this problem and is it an easy fix? Thanks in advance

 

With me it's usually an accidental hit on the enable/disable button as I'm reaching for ECT. I really do need to get that Meso stealth kit that I bought about 6 months ago installed.

 

I didnt know I could turn those things off and on.

 

Yep. Helps a lot when backing up with the tailgate down as they sense it and go nuts.

however I haven’t seen another option for a grab handle or door bowl lights. Everything else pretty sure you can find alternatives or other sources for. I guess for bowl light you could diy it for cheap if willing to do the work, drill and solder

 

Nice wheels! I love mine too. Got them wrapped in Baja Legend 285/70 17R w/ the TRD lift and I'm getting a little rub when turning the wheel while going through a bump. May have to trim a little off the fender flare. The front mudguard had to go.

 

What tire size do you have?

 

Visual inspections here. BUT, I am going to have a pipe welded to temporarily fix it until my AFE Y Pipe arrives

 

Made plates to relocate my shovel to the front of the bed, so I could mount a propane tank on the side. Made the propane tank mount today too. So far I'm happy with them, maybe mods after I drive around with them for a bit though.
