Unable to contact SOS Offroad Concepts - softopper bed rack

    Has anyone heard from this company in the past month or so? I ordered one of the bed racks for softopper a couple months ago and ended up returning the bestop and softopper due to QC issues. I tried to cancel the order directly with SOS but they have not responded to any of my emails in over a month.

    When I was looking for info on the bed rack they were very responsive within an hour sometimes and even sent me photos. As soon as it turned into a cancellation they completely ghosted and kept the money.

    To make it even worse I paid using Affirm, and they’ve just been sitting on this dispute with no progress or communication in over a month.

    Has SOS Offroad Concepts screwed anyone else here on TW? Really not cool having a BS charge up in the air since we’re looking to buy a house right now. Super disappointed in this company and the whole process.

    Sold the Tacoma yesterday too, which makes it even more annoying because I REALLY don’t need this thing now.

    SOS went under and was sold. There is a thread on here somewhere about it. Use the search button. Sorry to hear this man. Was such a good company a couple years ago. Got a bumper from them and loved it. But good luck getting your money back.

    get in touch with your bank/credit card/paypal and start the process of a refund. SOS closed their doors last month and have gone silent. so far folks have been having good luck getting refunds.

    Awesome. I was emailing with them days before ordering and there was no mention of them going out of business. So I guess my sale was pretty much a last minute cash grab before they officially went under. Anyone have contact info for the owner?
