My mom hit a pothole on a backroad out the the horse barn in her BMW 4 Series and had a similar thing happen. I think my dad stopped counting at 5Gs. Basically got a whole new front corner mechanically.

Unavoidable due to being on a blind curve with oncoming traffic, but ouchie bro.

I once was driving down my dads quarter mile driveway and started to hear WHUMP WHUMP WHUMP from the front driver side tire on my pontiac grand am. Apparently the new construction off the left side of our driveway (uncle's house) had dropped something off the back of a truck. A 1/8" OD copper tube, that puncture the tire and was sticking out about a foot out of my tire and slapping the inner fender.

I've had a few, but that one stuck in my mind.
Also, not a flat, but I started driving home after a tire shop put on the new tires I had them order for me and I hear a loud rubbing noise. I got out and the inner sidewall has a nice groove in them from where they were apparently rubbing the suspension on all 4 corners. I checked the size and sure enough, they ordered the wrong width.... They replaced them all of course.

I ain’t danced for real since 2005. But I had to then, cause I had just got married that morning. But I didn’t know anybody there except my wife so it made it easier!

A lot of newer places we set up use a 3 phase deadfront padmount, but we have plenty of single phase transformers banked for 3 phase applications. Believe it or not, it’s hard to get transformers now. Some of our bigger transmission units are apparently 3+ years out, pole mounts and pad mounts are spotty. Regulators the same. I closed in a 6 amp fuse (7200v) during a storm outage a few months back, and there was still an issue with the line, sounded like a small cannon. I’m glad it wasn’t a 15!

This reminded me I had a customer with a Grand Am he was a LARGE man so the cars stance was lower than the typical Grand Am, he bottomed it out 3 times in the same spot a couple of blocks from his home & knocked the oil pan off of it all 3 times twice he was headed home & had it towed to the shop the 3rd time he was going out & kept driving it till he locked up the engine:bananadead:. He was a lawyer by the way:spy:

On the way to dance practice my daughter tells me some people have quit or moved to a different class and there's only her and 2 others in her hip hop class

There were probably 20 dads and daughters there last night, apparently this is going to be one large group and I may can hide amongst the crowd, I don't like being in front of people and have always sat in the back wherever it was.

I've never danced, it really wasn't that bad and the teacher is great. It's a lot to learn, another practice this Saturday and she said we were going to "add on"

Mornin peeps. The aftermath of my 15 hour day yesterday, spent entirely on one machine with a specialist flown in from Germany. There's two tool bags stuffed full that aren't pictured. All greasy and needing to be wiped down...A23431D1-EFC8-4261-B8D9-C7A94C94EF38.jpg
