    So right now Im running some wore out rusted out dick cpeck wheels 15x8 -21 offset.

    Got a killer deal on a some 15x8 american racing bullet holes that are -19 offset.

    Should they set in alot further...could it affect the ride any?

    I drive a Miata.
    2 mm difference, and both of those are already poked way the hell out. Unless there is a huge difference in weight, it wont change your handling.
