I have a 2019 TRD off road Tacoma with 3.5 l V6 motor. I filled it up yesterday and now the fuel gauge won't move off of full. Where is the fuel gauge relay located

If the 'relay' was bad, the fuel gauge would read empty. More information is needed.

When did you do the fuel pump campaign?

Fuel gauges are approximate, not exact. I think I could get the same miles on mine after a fill-up and the gauge wouldn't move. 3.5 gallons is about 1/8 of a tankful. I wouldn't be surprise that the gauge needle doesn't move. Tell us what you see after driving 150 miles.
I often run mine until the needle is below empty and still can't put much over 20 gallons in the tank.

The fuel gauge is not linear. I find that the needle moves slowly at first. I typically get around 200kms from full to ¾ full, with the needle bearly moving off full for the first 80kms or so, and get 200kms from ¾ to ¼. The last ¼ the needle drops quickly... about 50 kms.

Sounds like you hit the jackpot with some “ever fuel”.

I set the trip meter and I have gone 40 miles since I filled it back up and the needle is still buried all the way past full and has not moved. I know my truck doesn't get that good of mileage especially since I put 17" wheels on it with 265/70/17 " tires on it

I went to this same size a little over a month ago, along with a lift. I have all my fuel mileage since the first fill on an excel spreadsheet and I have not seen any significant change to fuel economy with the new set up.

**Update** I took my truck to Toyota and they couldn't find nothing wrong with the sending unit or the relay but they said it could possibly be the gauge cluster but Toyota wouldn't Goodwill it until I had put more miles on it. I drove it around some more and it seems to be working fine. I just moved out of California back to Kentucky and as far as I can figure and with talking with other people who said that the fuel is way better here in Kentucky and that my truck would get better mileage
