So I’ve got an 07 Tacoma and within a 2-3 week span both rear windows stopped working and passenger window stopped working as well all at different times, is it just a coincidence that they all went within such a small timeframe and if so or not what could be my problem

Are you sure you don't have your window lock tuned on?
The power window circuits are very simple to check.
