SOS Offroad Concepts

Hello,

Are these guys still in production? I'm getting worried because I spent around $1000 on a bed rack. They charged my CC in late December but I never got an invoice. I've tried contacting them via the 'contact us' on their website multiple times over the last month with no reply. They were pretty quick to respond in December when I had a few technical questions about a product.

I didn't read too far into this, I just remember seeing it a while back, but things don't sound great.

Call your CC company request a back charge.

 

Whatever payment method you used, contact them, file disputes, inform them you've been made aware the business closed and is the reason you never received your order/received an invoice/made multiple attempts to contact. If you're outside of the time window your payment method allows, push anyways to get your money back (very respectfully of course). They will be able to make an attempt to contact the business and typically they'll refund you after they've given the business a fair amount of time to respond and fight their side of the case. Once SOS doesn't respond, they will hopefully confirm that you've told the truth, and provided evidence of multiple attempts of contact, and will make it right.
