Anyone run a aftermarket exhaust, not lookin for loudness or anything like that, just for performance that will not void a warranty?

I'm running Borla and its not loud at all. Similar to the TRD exhaust. There is zero drone and has a very nice tone. I have been super happy with it. Not sure on performance gains tho. I doubt it did anything

Other than a deeper/slightly louder tone and a nicer tip on the end I doubt there is a whole lot of difference elsewhere. I can't remember the diameter on either though whether it's 2.5 or 3in or whatever it might be.

The build quality on the Borla I got is excellent. I've been very happy with it

It will fit any Double Cab short bed V6. I THINK some people have modified it for long bed but I could be wrong. But yes, it's only standard on the Pro
