    Hey All.

I've owned my Taco for 10 years and just saw this today while changing the recirc servo. It's in the passenger footwell, just off the floor near the outside of the truck.

Any idea what it is? What does it do?

    Thanks in advance....

    It's a wacko plug......

What it does is hold that panel on. If you remove it you see there is a bolt under there.

I don't know why they used this cheapie clamp on there instead of a threaded nut. Well, I guess "Profit".

It's a very tiny bowling ball from Honey I Shrunk The Kids, but in a different universe where people have square fingers.
