Thanks fellas. She got 3 hours of sleep on the heavy stuff. I went home after she fell asleep to have a moment to myself, shower and sleep. Today they gave her a new med and it let her sleep for a bit.
They did an xray and they think it's all the swelling, but they don't want to give her any anti-inflammatories because they think it'll hurt the healing process. So more pain management today.

 

Hopefully it’s nothing serious and she feels better soon

 

If I was single? In a heart beat, Kuwait is a pretty cool country. With a wife and kids? Not a chance in hell unless they could come with.

 

Pretty sure they're not motor rated, gotta take into account the initial in-rush heat/current when you fire up a motor.

Most likely. And this motor gets started every time the log deck has to move. I tried to convince them to just put in a working clutch to reduce the wear on the motor, no luck. I'm guessing this motor gets started 500+ times a day.

 

Just talked to her on the phone, she sounds MUCH better. Does the heart good to hear her not being strained or on the verge of crying. She said she feels much better and is going to take a nap. Both good signs!

Fortunately for us, were were already at 4k/8k maximum out of pocket for the year so at most this should only cost 4k unless insurance wants to be a dick about it.

I’ve always had a shy bladder and can’t use a public restroom if someone is standing beside me or talking. Got to really have to go for it to happen.

Finally someone else says it. The hardest one for me was peeing for the military when I had Hulk standing over me watching me and I couldn't go. I ended up drinking about a gallon of water and still couldn't do it. They were about to close the MEPS station for urine samples for the day and the big dude finally said, alright, lemme go turn on a sink. As soon as he went around the corner the flood gates opened and that cup was filled in record time. It's only getting the stream started. After that I could be surrounded and I'd be fine.
