I have a squeak in the front drive side when i turn the wheel and when i go over dips. I suspected ball joints so i injected them with grease but no dice. I spray lubed everything else in the front but im still squeaking. Sounds like its close to the wheel but i'm not sure what else it could be. Bearing? I'm not hearing the traditional bearing noise on weight transfer though.

Need info on 2wd or 4wd and year/mileage etc. Click on your name and under info add vehicle details.
Control arm bushings, sway bars, springs have hard rubber on top coil that breaks off, the upper or lower shock mounts, CVs, front cat shield, body mounts , drive train, bed shifting, to name a few.
Got to nail down where the sound is coming from so have someone stand next to the Tacoma as you flex the suspension.
Most Tacomas make some noises, if not loud or grating/grinding ignore it and if it gets louder then you can find it, if not who cares.

Welcome - lots of info in site searches and thru user posts, some good and some not so, as you will find out. Info usually somewhere in here.

Get a can of silicone spray, go for a drive, spray down each suspension piece one at a time well until the noise quits. [there are far more then just ball joints] Check for wear on that part, it could be in the sway bar bushings, or suspension points.
