    Note. I am not a builder/contractor. I had to hire a plumber under Mass law, and I hired a roofer, excavator and concrete forms team, but my wife and I did the rest.

    My shop had some skanky styrofoam insulation in the ceiling and walls, I ripped the insulation out of the ceiling, acquired some free privacy fence and rusty metal, slapped it on the walls and covered them with signs and license plates. Everything was free except the screws :anonymous:
