Uptop Bravo rack…Baja design s8 lighting alternative

Hello all - got a sweet deal on an Uptop bravo rack but it has the Baja light cutouts (40”). Ideally didn’t want lights but it was a sweet deal.
Any lighting options with the same 32 bulb pattern that will fit the bravo/Baja pattern? If it didn’t fit like the Baja pattern, wouldn’t light reflect off the rear of the fairing making it “glow” in the rear of the rack?
I figured I have some options:
1. Buying a new fairing without light cutouts but that would kinda negate the sweet deal I got
2. Buying other brand lights and have it look “off”…maybe. Can anyone confirm?
3. Cut a piece of plexiglass or Lexan and cover the holes.
