Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT are awesome. Aggressive e-ply in my case 285/75/16 and super quiet with a great ride. Also, very light to preserve mpg.

I have had a bunch of All-Terrain tires (OEM Goodyears, BFG KO2, Falken AT3W, Cooper AT3 XLT, Mickey ATZP3). The orignial Goodyears that came on the truck were pretty quiet but were not great in wet weather. I currently have Cooper Discoverer ATP II's and they are the quietest All terrain tire I have had they are as quiet as Michelin Highway tires that I have ran before but still have a fairly aggressive look and good tread depth.

You’ll have to turn to articles or YouTube videos with some actually comparisons, decibel levels, controls, etc.

Here you’ll just get a lift of tires people have owned. I found my tires to be quiet. But I didn’t try 7-10 same size and load tires on the same truck in the same conditions and take measurements. I too have bad tinnitus. Good luck! It’s rough!
