Search for kaido House on Instagram. Hes always announcing the release of different cars. Hes made several colors of this car. I have the Green and Orange I think? Or was it Red? See.. this is what Im talking about. Even with the Instagram account to keep track, I still cant.

This thread motivated me to open up some more cars to get them photographed (very poorly, so sorry for the out of focus shots) I still have so much more to go.

Trying to get the last of the hotwheels cars opened up and photographed. Moving forward I will probably only focus on Car Culture series as they have more detail. Rubber tires etc.

Samedwheels.com appears to be bogus. I liked their contact phone number 123-456-7890. Nice website set up for PayPal but no response when contacted for 1/64 scale wheels for Hot Wheels.
I found more on eBay, but they ship from Greater China which actually maybe Malaysia. Claim to be Real Riders. I question that as well.

Opened a couple more cars last night. Just a few more hot wheels to go then i think, besides the occasional Car Culture. We are done.
Nissan hardbody, 2000GT, 71 Skyline. Last pic is remaining hot wheels I don't really want. I'm dreading the hours its going to take to put them all up on Ebay haha.
Maybe Ill just do one large buy it all sale on Marketplace lol.

Discovered this today.. I have never seen them packaged this way. Unfortunately I already had every car in the display so I didn't buy any of them.

That's how matchbox cars came back in the day - the ones I got as a kid in the early 70s were all like that. Hot Wheels had the blister packs, but the Lesney British cars had the boxes.

Haven’t seen them in the regular stores but have seen them in hobby shops. They do have some in stores that are the “throwbacks” cars from the 70’s that they made again and came with the car and the box both in the plastic blister pack. If I was home I could post a few pics but unfortunately I have to work today.

Gotta love these TLV cars. Just wish they werent so damn expensive!

Opened these up as well, finally something that suits this forum a bit more than all the cars

How do yall display or store your cars? Right now I am boxing them up in these clear boxes to keep them easy to view and pack up. The kid is almost old enough for me to build the shelf in his room to display them all.
Right now he will just take them all off, and toss them all over the house.

Majority of mine are in boxes in different parts of the house. I do have a lot in cases hanging in the garage. What I like about the cases is that it keeps the dust off them. However there was a few on here that built there own out of wood that came out really nice. Waiting for the kids to move out so I can make a hot wheels room. My wife works from home so the room I was going to use is her office.

I started collecting vw bugs mid 90’s. Just a few here and there and then started looking for specific ones. Met a lot of nice people over the years and a good friend who was customizing them. I need more cases but can’t seem to find some that are the same as the ones I have.

58 Pontiac Starchief / Bonneville convertible, 1950 Ford F1pick up, 56 Ford glass top Crown Victoria and 55 Ford Sunliner. These are all 1/18 scale die-casts. Love all the details these cars have but I dont buy many anymore with the prices they go for today.
I just started photographing some of my builds in progress that I will post in the future. I have 4 1/24 diecasts being torn down and modified. I just finished detailing the Smurf Tacoma William63 sent me with all of the details that Hot Whhels did not include. Ill have pictures of that soon. Damn yard work and putting in a garden has priorities right now.
