i also have severe allergies so I have to wear a mask and goggles, otherwise my face swells up and I can’t breathe.

 

You should have started with that excuse I was playing outside with the kids the other day and my wife started blowing off the sidewalk. The kids and I were in a cloud of pollen.

 

My theory is, even a cheap riding mower is $1,500, plus a weedeater, hedge trimmers, edger, leaf blower, etc. I can buy years of someone else doing it for that amount of money. Not to mention gas and maintenance. I hate doing it as well. It's nice to just come home and it's done.

Although I do have a nice weedeater and backpack leaf blower.
I have cutting blades attached to the weedeater and use it to keep the jungle trimmed back. The jungle is about .25 acres of my yard overgrown with wisteria.

 

yeah I would probably have died. Pollen is the absolute worst.

 

when we moved into our house I immediately spent $10k on a mower and other shit. I agree. I could have paid for a couple years worth of someone else doing it. Is what it is now.

Wait yeah, take your time @SearArtist the plan is to have grass by next summer. Already cut down 40 trees. Have about 30 more to go. Want to have grass in the red area and gravel in the blue area.

Did you drill into the a-pillar as well?

 

No. I tried 3m tape. That's not holding well, it's still allowing it to droop. I've got some REM's on order. Saw someone use those on the pillar before. Working inside the fender is a fucking nightmare. Parts needed to be trimmed as well. I'm happy with it but im glad it's done.
