I'm buying my son a 2015 Tacoma, as he's going off to play baseball in college and needs a reliable vehicle. He's a bit of a "lifted truck with big tires" guy, but I'm reigning him in on this one. I found a 2015 Tacoma with 47000 miles on it, but it's a paw paw truck and will need some TLC to get it where he likes it.
I'm looking at doing a 3 inch lift in the front and 2 inch blocks in the rear to get it up and leveled.Don't want to do any cutting. My questions are as follows:

    1. I'm looking at 17 inch rims, reps more than likely. Can you guys lead me in the right direction? Websites, deals etc?
    2. What size tire can I put on it that would give it a beefier look without the rubbing or need to cut away any material? I'm looking at 275/75 r 17's. can 285 fit? 33's?
    3. not looking to re-gear the truck, so please keep that in mind
    4. do I need to put front diff spacers on it to keep the CV axels at the right angle?

Sorry for the newbie questions, but this is my first Tacoma, used to working on his Tahoe. Thanks for the replies.

Very doable. 3/2 with 285s. I have a 2015 Prerunner. 3” Toytec coilovers, 2” block in the rear. 17x 8.5 -10 American Outlaw wheels and JBA ucas(which you need for proper alignment of going 3” up front) 285/70/17 Nitto G2sD41F8BF2-5D8A-4DCA-B754-F86EDE1AB459.jpg
