Still nothing figured out about my wife's condition. Today she getting a scan where they put a marker in her system, don't know for sure but believe some radioactive isotope because if a person comes to work here after having that done, then it sets off monitors. To be honest, I'm feeling a little scared.
Today's work; remember sometime back I mentioned the feeling of rework because of guys hammering on a shaft after the pillow-block bearings were locked down and set? I'm turning a new fan shaft today.
Don't even want to be here really, but not much I can do at hospital...besides worry more.

Take a piece of paper and roll it up, then put a piece of tape to hold the diameter you want. We used a 3x5 index card.

Took the kids to Six Flags yesterday for Home School day. Got rained out for the first half but it cleared up enough by 2pm that we were able to get some rides in. Fun was had by all but man do my feet hurt from all the walking around.

 

Soooo , my MIL calls me. Apparently her radio went out in her 2013 Ford Focus. So I started doing some searching for a replacement. Cheapest so far with installation is 600 bucks. You don't even want to know what the stealership quoted. Somehow I know my wife is gonna want me to pay for it. I can see it coming

Nah , my body won't get down in car floorboards anymore and my hands don't fit in a dash very well.

I hear that. I put one in myf150...i thought i would never get it back together. Never did work like the instructions said. Was supposed to have phone and radio controls but i did what it said numerous times and no luck

 

Is it completely dead? My wife's (2012 focus) will stop working then start again on the next start up.

 

If you can't fix it with a hammer you've got an electrical problem

 

I've hammered on that car a lot over the years to keep it running. The wife isn't ready for a car payment, so I keep hammering

 

I think Best Buy does installations, or they used to. Or check Crutchfield.com
