    Fly rod update, I’ve been down to the pond across the street from me several times, it’s known to be a tough pond to fish. I’ve had some bites but didn’t hook anything. :( I was planning on going to a bigger, easier pond on my neighbors property today but it stormed it’s butt off yesterday and I’m sure it’s all murky and churned up so I guess I’ll go next week.

    Still enjoying the rod. I think I need some different flies for our bluegills, crappie and bass. The flies that came with the rod seem more geared for mountain trout. Guess I’ll go to Dick's today and see if they have flies.
