Yes. I think that was a one-off issue. We haven't had any calls on fitment or anything. I know we've sold a few 2021 since then and they've gone out. I sent a message to the owner to confirm all of this.

Well before getting to that point…why not pump the brakes on sales? Setting up customers to be dissatisfied.

this is what I used for install. also, quality's legit but their lead times are incredibly hit or miss. either you get it on time, or you get it 2-3 months after estimated lead time (received mine after almost 6 months).

Slider Installation - DCSB – ACLB (2nd Gen & 3rd Gen Tacoma)
Step 1- Verify that you received all the proper hardware for installation. The hardware should be as follows:
(2) Hidden Nut Sticks
(2) Hidden Specialty Nuts
(14) 1/2” x 1 1/2” Bolts
(14) 1/2” Flat Washers
(8) 1/2” Nuts
(8) 1/2” Lock Washers
(8) Rectangular Plate Washers
(3) M8x35mm Bolts
(3) M8 Nuts
(2) M10x35mm Bolts
(6) 5/16” Flat Washers
Note: These Sliders fit multiple years and models, you may or may not have extra hardware left over dependent on your year make and model. This is normal.
Step 2- Toward the front of the frame just above the transmission cross-member on both sides of the frame there is a plastic rectangular plug in the frame that needs to be removed. Using a flat tip screw driver, pry it outward. Also there is a round sticker just ahead of it covering a round hole in the frame, peal this off as well using a flat tip screwdriver or a razor. These holes will be used to mount the front brackets.
Step 3- (3rd gen Only) On the inside of the frame rails towards the front there are 2 plastic caps that close off the portion of the frame where it becomes fully boxed. These need to be removed to allow you to insert the hidden nut sticks. These are held in place by a single 12mm bolt.
Step 4- Near the middle of the frame rails on the lower flange is a single 14mm bolt on each side that threads into the carrier bearing cross-member, this bolt needs to be removed and will be replaced during installation by a slightly longer M10 bolt.
Step 5- On the passenger side of the frame there is a wiring harness with a plastic cover on it. First remove the plastic cover by removing the 2 10mm bolts. Next unmount the wiring harness itself by removing the 2 12mm bolts that hold it to the frame.
Step 6- On the inside of the driver's side frame rail there's a small black abs module, this is held on by 2 12mm nuts on the outside of the frame rail. Remove the 2 nuts and allow the module to hang out of the way.
Step 7- A few inches in front of the abs module there is a wiring harness bracket held on by a single 12mm bolt, remove the bolt and pull the bracket an inch or so away from the frame rail to allow for the mounting bracket to go behind it.
Note: At this point all factory components that would impede the installation of your EO sliders should be out of the way and you should be ready for installation.
Step 8- Take your (2) specialty hidden nut hardware and insert them into the rectangular holes on the angled portion of the transmission cross-member. The wings of the hardware piece will go towards the front and back of the truck and the square portion will set down into the rectangular hole of the cross-member.
Step 9- Grab a friend or two and have them give you a hand holding the drivers side slider up to the frame. The slotted tab on the bottom of the main mounting bracket will align with the hole where the 14mm bolt was removed from the bottom flange of the frame. This is the first bolt that should be installed as this will hold the slider up while the rest of the hardware is installed. Use the 10mm x 35mm bolt provided in your hardware package and install it through the slotted tab, turn it in tight enough to hold the slider up to the frame but leave it a little loose to allow for some movement to install the rest of the hardware.
Do not fully tighten any of the hardware until all of the bolts are started.
Step 10- Starting towards the rear and moving forward loosely install all the 1/2” hardware through the large slotted holes in the main mounting bracket. The order in which the hardware goes through the bracket is “Bolt > Flat Washer > Frame > Rectangular Washer > Lock Washer > Nut.” Depending on model year all the 1/2” slots may not be utilized. On the drivers side there is one smaller slot that lines up with a small frame hole, install one of the M8 bolts with a 5/16” washer on the inside and outside and an M8 nut on the inside.
Note: The bolt that falls where the abs module mounts needs to be installed backwards, with the head of the bolt on the inside of the frame rail. Otherwise the module will contact the bolt.
Step 11- Insert the hidden nut stick into the boxed portion of the frame behind the front mounting bracket and hand tighten the front bracket bolts into the nut stick. The order in which the hardware is installed in the front brackets is Bolt > Flat Washer > Frame.
Step 12- Hand thread a 1/2” bolt with a flat washer through the lower slot of the front bracket into the specialty hidden hardware in the transmission cross-member.
Step 13- Start by tightening the M10x35mm bolt on the bottom flange of the frame. Then go through and fully tighten down all of the mounting hardware.
Step 14- Reinstall the ABS module, the mounting bracket will sandwich behind the factory 12mm nuts. Reinstall the wiring harness bracket and the plastic frame cap on the inside of the frame rail.

Got a call back from the owner this past week. My sliders are with the powder coater but no eta was given on when they will be done.

Because is easier for people to buy if you tell them “it is a great time to buy now that the production for all Black Friday/holiday sales are done and lead times are 6-8 weeks”. Then the customer has to wait 2 3 times the amount of time. I placed my order 1/10/22 and asked for bare metal since I figured it would be faster and still waiting.

Yeah, getting it in bare metal should be way faster. If you have to wait much longer, I hope you can get looped in to any Memorial Day sale prices!

Should be, but isn't the case. Hopefully the company does no more promotional sales until previous sales have been sent.
Now I'm just wondering if the Tesla I've ordered on 3/25/2022 will get here before my sliders do.

I’m officially done with these clowns.

It’ll be 23 weeks next Tuesday when the lead time was 8 weeks when I ordered… and it’s not even the lead times I have an issue with (I’ve waited years for custom machined parts), it’s the constant bullshit and broken promises.

If I’m to believe what I’ve been told, my sliders have been at the powder coaters for 9 weeks now since the beginning of March! Then when I finally get ahold of them on Instagram this week they promise to call the next morning, never follow through and then ghost me on Instagram too.

I’ve already filed a chargeback with my bank. Either I get my sliders or money back in 30 days. Wish the rest of y’all good luck.
