That was good. I saw that. That family certainly dealt with some bs over the years. It's a shame. I do think times have changed within the mx community a bit though. And both James and Malcolm were/are extremely popular with the fans, in general. So that's good at least.

Webb officially not racing outdoors, this year. At least not starting the year. He may return later in the season.

I'm curious to see who he ends up with next year. Bummer he's not outdoors. Though it was a sizeable gap from Kenny, he still finished 4th last year.

Surprisingly, he said he still wants to stay on KTM. Nothing is signed yet. I thought he would potentially go to Honda. Bu in the interview, he said he plans to stay at KTM and it will not be SX-only, as some people were suggesting. Also, he may come back later in the year, just for testing purposes, to et familiar with the bike. And he would ride for USA at MXON if picked (which I doubt will happen at this point.)

Watched that race yesterday on my lunch. Good find. Looks like today's 450s are faster. I'm glad they can film better now. Looks like the guys learned a lot over the years. They can block on corners to slow down the fast guys. You can tell Barcia rides a lot faster now. Kenny looked the same. Hands down JS7 was fast. His suspension seemed to spring him forward while the other riders it slowed them down.

Was just talking about him the other day, but Vurb just reported Evan Ferry is leaving Rockstar Husky. He's still in Ams, but another soon-to-be pro that will be taking a factory slot somewhere.

That's crazy. They didn't say where he was going? I would bet PC Kawi. His dad has ties there and it would be a good fit, in my opinion.

I think you're right. Keyboard warriors are saying Star, but that team is already pretty jammed up. Vurb nor Evan said where (he also posted on insta).

Speaking of PC Kawi. Got to see the man himself, Mitch, tear a privateers bike down in the pits during qualifying in Denver. Can't recall the kids name, but Mitch welcomed him over to their trailer no questions asked, pretty much had the bike framed in 15 min, and the kid was back out for the next qualifier before I made my way back to our seats. Was great to see the guys taking care of their own, regardless of team.

Edit: I think it was Brandon Ray w/ the Partzilla crew now that I'm looking over qualifier again.

Oh that's really cool. That guy is amazing. It's probably nothing for him to tear a KX down quick like that lol. And ya I wouldn't be shocked if it was that team. Sometimes the Factory teams will help with stuff like that. My buddy actually rode a couple 250E rounds for that team this year lol.

I lied. It was the 207 of Rider Fisher that they helped out. True privateer kid doing it out of a van.

He even posted about it. Pretty cool.

Tomac and Fernando also officially re-signed with Star Yami for 2023 today. I can smell the fresh air of the outdoor season calling our names.
